Joellen Frederick

JoEllen Frederick started their work experience as a Human Resource Supervisor at Johns Manville from February 1999 to May 2006. JoEllen then worked as a Human Resource Supervisor at Rexam Beverage Cans from 2006 to 2010. In September 2010, they became the Director of Human Resources at both MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) and Defiance Metal Products.

JoEllen Frederick attended Defiance High School from 1988 to 1991. JoEllen then went on to graduate from The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from 1991 to 1994.
