Charles Gardner

Charles is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, new business generation, local and portfolio staffing decisions, report production, quality control, and representation of the firm in professional organizations including NMHC and NCREIF. He has served as the relationship manager for a variety of institutional clients and overseen the completion of numerous individual and portfolio assignments throughout the United States, specializing in multi-family assets. Charles also has extensive experience working with institutionalized investors. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jacksonville University.
