Gina Percival

Gina Percival is an experienced professional in the fields of customer service and human resources. Currently serving as an Academy Activation and Performance Specialist at Mazda UK since August 2021, Gina previously held the role of HR Coordinator Intern at Marks and Spencer for a brief period in 2021. Prior to these positions, Gina worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Marks and Spencer and as a Retail Assistant at Kent Union, where responsibilities included cash handling, stock replenishment, and customer interaction. Gina earned a degree in Psychology with a focus on mental wellbeing from the University of Kent, completing studies there from 2018 to 2021.
