Ryan Fleming

Ryan Fleming has a diverse work experience. Ryan started their career as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Gap in 2012. In 2013, they worked as an Office Assistant at George Mason University and also served as an Art and Photography Editor at Volition. In 2014, Ryan interned as an Events Intern at EMILY's List. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at EMILY's List as a Finance and Administration Assistant, and later as a Finance & Administration Assistant and Intern Coordinator. In 2017, Ryan joined MBA Consulting Group as a Compliance Associate and eventually advanced to the role of Compliance Manager in 2019. Ryan then became the Deputy Compliance Director before assuming their current role as Compliance Director in March 2021.

Ryan Fleming earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Global Affairs from George Mason University from 2011 to 2014.
