Kiran N S has a wealth of work experience, starting with a role as a CAD Draftsman at John Brown Engg. (I) Pvt. Ltd. in 1993. Kiran then moved to Tata Consulting Engineers in 1995, where they worked as a Design Assistant. In 2000, Kiran N S held two concurrent roles, as a Software Engineer at Swiss Soft (I) Pvt. Ltd. and as a Senior Software Engineer at Majoris Systems Pvt. Ltd. In 2004, they became a Project Manager at MindTree Ltd. and then moved to Cognizant in 2007, where they held a variety of roles, including Director & Assessment Function Head for Digital Engineering Practice, Associate Director & Assessment Function Lead for Application Development Engagements, Associate Director & Delivery Manager for Online Retail & Payments Clients, Associate Director & Innovation Head for Communications & Technology Practice, Sr. Manager & Lean Navigator for Technology Practice, and Project / Program Manager for Hi-Tech & ISV Customers. Most recently, Kiran N S joined Mbanq in 2022 as the Vice President of Engineering.

Kiran N S obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, Kiran obtained a Diploma in Mechanicall Engineering (M.T.T.) from S J Polytechnic between 1990 and 1993. Additionally, Kiran holds certifications from Apollo Education Group, New Markets Advisors, Harvard Business Publishing, and the Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2015, 2013, 2010, and 2011 respectively.
