Alex Morrison

Alex Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Alex is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Millsapps, Ballinger & Associates, where they oversee the operations of the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Member of the Board of Directors at EarthEcho International, a nonprofit organization focused on inspiring youth to act for a sustainable future. Alex also served as the President of Lynn Street Partners from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, Alex held the position of SVP, Strategic Partnerships & Solutions at Strada Education Network, where they worked towards improving education-to-career pathways. Alex was also the Interim President at CAEL, a national nonprofit that supports adult learners. Earlier in their career, Alex worked at Discovery Communications as Vice President in various roles, including overseeing business partnerships and education partnerships. Alex also worked as the Director of Client Services at Mind & Media, Inc. and held multiple roles at Discovery Communications, Inc., focusing on special markets and alternative distributors. At the beginning of their career, they worked as an Account Executive at Comcast Advertising Sales. Alex also has experience in event management and business development as the Director of Special Events & Business Development at Epiphany Productions.

Alex Morrison attended Randolph-Macon College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Biology.
