VA Contractor - Senior Cloud Administrator - Tier 3 Support for 250 apps (Salesforce) at MB&A

Ted Staub has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ted started their career at Dell in 2000 as a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer and Technical Account Manager. Ted then founded TRS Network Solutions in 2005, providing VMware and network management consulting services. In 2006, they joined OQO as a South Regional Sales Engineer, where they built custom Salesforce apps for tracking sales activities. From 2007 to 2008, they founded TRS Virtual Solutions and provided VMware consulting services while also implementing and customizing Salesforce.

In 2008, Ted joined Dell KACE as a Team Lead and Senior Sales Engineer, responsible for large enterprise accounts. Ted utilized Salesforce and created email templates for the team. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Moka5, a startup dealing with PC containerization solutions. Ted then joined RES in 2015 as a Sales Engineer.

From 2016 to 2018, Ted worked as an individual Salesforce freelancer, completing multiple freelance projects. Ted specialized in Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), volunteer scheduling, and donor management.

In 2018, Ted joined Millsapps, Ballinger & Associates (MB&A) as a VA Contractor, serving as a Senior Cloud Administrator. Ted provided tier 1, 2, and 3 support for VALERI, a high-profile loan electronic reporting interface for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Ted later transitioned to general support for over 250 custom applications.

Ted also briefly worked as a Salesforce Administrator Contractor for a FinTech company in 2018 under TRC Professional Solutions.

Overall, Ted has extensive experience in Salesforce administration, consulting, and sales engineering, with a focus on custom app development and cloud administration.

Ted Staub is currently an Executive MBA Candidate at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, pursuing a degree in Executive MBA. Ted started their program in 2020 and is expected to complete it in 2022. Prior to this, Ted was enrolled for a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering at Wright State University through night classes until they moved out of state. Additionally, they hold an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.

In terms of certifications, Ted has obtained several certifications from various institutions. Ted has completed four concentrations of the Executive MBA program at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, including Data and Decisions, Operations Management, Markets and Economies, and Accounting. Ted also holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Dell Advanced Systems Group (ASG) Professional, Dell Certified Enterprise Engineer (DCEE), Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE) Associates for Dell PowerEdge Servers, Dell Quest Software vWorkspace Certified Administrator Version 7.2, Dell Quest Software vWorkspace Level 2 certified Systems Engineer, Google Cloud Platform Essential Training, Master Dell Certified Systems Expert (Master DCSE) specializing in PowerVault Storage, Storage Area Networks (SAN), Fibre Channel (FC) Clustering, and Systems Management, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
