Cara Morris

Cara Morris has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cara most recently served as the Director of Business Center Excellence and Program Support at the Minority Business Development Agency - U.S. Department of Commerce, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at the National Urban League, including Chief of Staff and Vice President of Finance and Operations. Cara also served as the Legislative Staffer at the U.S. House of Representatives, Research Intern at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Holdings.

Cara Morris has studied Sociology and Ethnic Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder. Cara has obtained additional certifications, including the Advanced Campaign Management School from Wellstone Action in February 2016, and the Advanced Legislative Process Graduate Institute from the Congressional Research Service in September 2009.
