Aileen Randhawa

Aileen (Carr-Hill) Randhawa is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for MBDA UK and International Group Talent Director, Aileen has held various leadership roles within MBDA, including positions focused on International Talent Management and Resourcing. Aileen's previous experience includes serving as the Head of Learning & Development at Xchanging HR Services and HR Manager at British Aerospace.
