Sarah Handcock

Sarah Handcock is a seasoned Project Control Manager at MBDA since October 2018, previously serving as Lead Project Controller at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) from May 2016 to October 2018. In the DE&S role, Sarah led scheduling for multiple high-value projects and received a CEO Commendation for contributions to the Project Controls Function's transformation. Sarah also acted as the P3M Super User, facilitating the migration to Primavera P6 and supporting project teams during the transition. Earlier experience includes serving as a Geotechnical Engineer at Structural Soils from 2006 to 2012, managing ground investigation projects across varied geologies. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Bristol and an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies from Bristol Business College.
