Gaia Caprioli

Gaia Caprioli spent most of her professional life in the professional training arena, mainly in retail business companies such as Nespresso and Pandora. She joined MBE in 2021 as Learning & Development Vice President, following two years as International HR Manager at Officine Panerai.

She graduated with degrees in Adults Training and she has two Master’s Degrees in Human Resources and Learning and Development.
