Jennifer Mondello

Jennifer Mondello has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting as an EMEA HR Assistant at Eurofighter GmbH in 2005. Jennifer then went on to work at IDC as an HR Assistant before joining Infor, where they held roles as HR Representative for Italy, Spain, and Portugal, and later as HR Advisor for Italy. In 2014, Jennifer moved to Tupperware Brands, taking on various HR managerial roles, including HR Manager for Italy and HR Director for Italy and Central Eastern Europe. Most recently, they joined MBE Worldwide as the Vice President of MBE People in 2022. Throughout their career, Jennifer has led HR initiatives such as organizational development, change management, talent development, and international projects.

Jennifer Mondello has a strong educational background with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore completed in 2005. Jennifer also holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Master HR completed in 2007. In 2013, Jennifer completed an Executive Master's Degree in Strategic HR Management from Il Sole24ore - Business School. Additionally, they obtained a diploma in foreign languages from Liceo linguistico europeo in 2002. Jennifer has also pursued various certifications related to HR management and leadership development from institutions such as LinkedIn and Korn Ferry Products.
