Victoria Jäger

Victoria Jäger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Victoria is currently employed at MBition as an Expert Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the Head of Software. Prior to this, they worked at CARIAD, where they held several positions including Senior Requirements Management Specialist Data Business & DataHub Lead, Senior Executive Assistant to the President of Digital Business & Mobility Services, and Executive Assistant to the SVP of Mobility Services. Before joining CARIAD, they worked at TLGG Consulting as a Digital Strategy, Innovation & Transformation Consultant. Their earlier experience includes roles at Volkswagen Financial Services, where they served as a Senior Business Development Manager for Mobility Service Smart Parking and Mobility, as well as a Fleet Insurance Contract Manager. Victoria started their career at Volkswagen Financial Services as a Dual Student (Trainee).

From 2016 to 2019, they attended Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a part-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sales Management.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they studied at WelfenAkademie e. V., earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration.

In 2012 to 2014, they attended IHK Braunschweig and obtained a qualification as Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen.
