Cassandra Hannon

Cassandra joined MBMS in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience as it relates to many different specialties and operational structures; including hospital-based billing, physician practices, home health and hospice. She received her B.S. in Healthcare Science from Alvernia University. As the Vice President of Client Operations. Cassandra is responsible for providing client oversight and operational management and leadership to help ensure the growth, development, and success of our clients. She utilizes her passion for Continuous Improvement to help streamline processes, progress operations, outline policies, and procedures while developing and driving teams to meet internal metrics and benchmarks.
