Paul Ayers

Paul Ayers is an experienced professional in the field of data optimization and programming, currently serving as Head of Data Optimisation at Lloyds Banking Group since July 2017. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Senior Vice President at MBNA since December 1995. Earlier in the career, Paul worked as an Analyst Programmer at both CSC from April 1993 to December 1995 and BAE Systems from August 1990 to April 1993. Paul holds a degree in Computer Studies, specializing in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Wrexham University.
