Aaron Hunter

Aaron Hunter has more than 13 years of experience in construction management and occupational health and safety, with specialized knowledge in project management, quality control/quality assurance, design and constructability reviews, building commissioning, cost estimating and negotiations, information management systems, and construction safety and risk management.

Aaron began his career at MBP as a Quality Assurance Inspector and worked in numerous roles for clients, such as Construction Oversight Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager, until being promoted to the Director of Safety for MBP. As Director of Safety, Aaron is responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of the company’s Health and Safety Program. He develops and enforces policies to maintain a culture of health and safety and evaluates practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Aaron also leads their incident investigations, audits project sites for compliance, and handles safety for their fleet management program. Additionally, he provides awareness level and specialized training for team members to safely perform their work and oversees their safety committee which develops and distributes toolbox talks, safety quizzes, lunch and learns, safety presentations, and provides their initial safety orientations for team members.
