Julie Coolbaugh is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and leads the efforts of Human Resources, which includes talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, professional development, and safety.
Julie develops and delivers compliance training sessions, annually reviews the benefits package, oversees open enrollment, and ensures strategy is communicated to the team. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Finder Coach and is committed to helping team members identify, understand, and lead with their strengths. She is responsible for all aspects of 401(k) Plan Administration, and she serves on the Investment Committee. Julie enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems and has a track record of managing change with efficiency. She’s a strong supporter and advocate for workplace diversity and inclusion.
