Clayton Cushway

Clayton Cushway has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2019 onwards, they joined Mercedes-Benz USA as a Principal Product Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Engineer and a Compliance Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Logistic Services International, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer, involved in the full lifecycle of product development. Clayton also worked as an Engineering Laboratory Technician at the University of North Florida from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they were a Research Assistant at the Florida Department of Transportation. In addition, Clayton has experience as a Teacher Assistant at the University of North Florida, a Patient Transport at Flagler Hospital, a Retail Sales Associate at J.Crew, a Cashier at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, a Store Associate at Pizza Hut, and a Customer Service Team Lead at Winn-Dixie.

Clayton Cushway completed a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Florida from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university from 2012 to 2016. Clayton also obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies from St. Johns River State College in 2011. In addition to their degrees, Clayton has obtained various certifications in areas such as Excel, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Power BI.
