Renato Razon

Renato Razon has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Renato worked at DaimlerChrysler from 1998 to 2007 in an HR role. Renato then joined Daimler in 2008 as the Director of Labor Relations and HR Ops. In 2012, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mercedes-Benz USA, where they were responsible for HR strategic development. Currently, they are the SVP of People Solutions at Cox Automotive, overseeing HR operations and providing consultative solutions for employee culture and leadership development.

Renato Razon attended Oakland University from 1990 to 1995. Renato studied Human Resources Development and completed a degree in the same field.
