Stefan Lamm

Vice President Advanced Design North America at Mercedes-Benz USA

Stefan Lamm has an extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Stefan started their career in 1994 as an Exterior Designer at GM Europe and eventually became the Assistant Chief Designer in 1996 and the Chief Designer in 2002. In 2005, they joined Ford Motor Company as the Exterior Chief Designer and later became the Exterior Design Director responsible for leading the external design team and influencing global programs. In 2015, they joined SEAT, S.A. as the Head of Exterior Design before moving to Mercedes-Benz as the Vice President of Advanced Design for North America.

Stefan Lamm attended Pforzheim University from 1990 to 1992, but did not obtain a degree. Stefan later studied at ArtCenter College of Design from 1992 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Transportation Design.
