Michael Weintraub

Michael Weintraub has extensive work experience in various industries. Michael currently holds the role of Managing Director and Options Trader at MBX Clearing, a proprietary trading group specializing in SPX Options. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Acquisitions and Business Development at 5-hour ENERGY®, where they focused on acquiring additional brands. Michael also worked as a Managing Director at SI Capital, a private investment firm, where they served as the M&A advisor for the founder of 5-hour ENERGY. Before that, they had roles in operations at Kurtis Kitchen and as the Vice President and Healthcare Leader at GE Equity, where they invested in mid-market equipment and service companies in the healthcare industry. Michael began their career as a Business Development Analyst at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where they implemented solutions to increase onboard revenue.

Michael Weintraub completed their undergraduate education at Michigan State University from 1996 to 1998, majoring in accounting. Michael then attended the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in finance. In 1997, Michael briefly studied economics at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Series 65 - Uniform Investment Advisor from FINRA in 2020 and the Series 57 - Securities Trader Representative, as well as the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification, both obtained in 2022.
