Jane is also a Non-Executive Director at The Fragrance Foundation, Chairman of SERMO Communications, and the former Chairman of the British Beauty Council. With a background in communications and marketing, Jane has a strong track record of leadership and strategic development in various industries. Jane is also involved in initiatives such as the BFC Fashion Arts Foundation and Dance Umbrella, showcasing their commitment to supporting and promoting the arts. Additionally, Jane has a degree in Politics, Political Science, and Government from Loughborough University, as well as completed a Women on Boards program at Harvard Business School.
