Penny St. Antoine has extensive work experience in the mortgage servicing industry. Penny began their career in 2005 at MCAP Service Corporation as Vice President, Subservicing Operations, where they successfully increased return on cost and client satisfaction. In 2008, they were promoted to Vice President, Contact Centre Operations, where they implemented new strategies to improve customer service and reduce costs. Penny then transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President, SF Operations in 2016, leading a team of over 450 members and focusing on digital customer experience, cost reduction, revenue generation, and fostering a culture of people development and recognition. Throughout their career, Penny has consistently achieved impressive results and demonstrated a strong ability to lead and drive performance.
Penny St. Antoine completed an Honours Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at the University of Waterloo from 1984 to 1989. Penny then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Education at Western University from 1988 to 1989.
