Saeyed Shamlou

Saeyed Shamlou has extensive experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing. Saeyed currently holds the position of Director, Quality Assurance Engineering at MCAP since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Paradigm Quest as the Director, Quality Engineering and Delivery from August 2017 to December 2022.

Before joining Paradigm Quest, Saeyed held various roles at First Data Corporation. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Director, QA - Global Testing Center of Excellence, where they oversaw a diverse portfolio of global testing teams and projects. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Director, QA - Testing Center of Excellence (North America), responsible for testing eCommerce and Mobile Commerce solutions. Saeyed also worked as a Senior Manager, QA, accountable for the SecureTransport and Global Gateway testing teams from 2007 to 2011.

Saeyed's early career includes working at Datawire as a QA Project Manager, where they played a crucial role in establishing the company's QA processes and tools. Prior to that, they worked at Nortel in various roles, including Sr. Automation Test Engineer, DMS Test Automation & Verification Engineer, and Software Engineer.

Saeyed Shamlou completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Telecommunications, from McGill University between 1992 and 1996. Before that, Saeyed attended Dawson College from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Computer Programming & Math.
