Steve Woodward has over 20 years of work experience in cost management and director roles. Steve is currently the Director and Head of Cost Management at McBains since September 2017. Prior to that, they held the same position at Lendlease from September 2015 to August 2017. Before that, they worked at Turner & Townsend as Director from May 2012 to August 2015 and as Associate Director from August 2005 to April 2012. Steve also worked at Big Lottery Fund as a Capital Facilities Advisor from 2003 to 2005, and at Currie & Brown as a Cost Manager from 2001 to 2005.

Steve Woodward received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of London in 1991. From 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University.
