Jane Cronin Fcipd

Jane Cronin FCIPD has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Jane is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at McBride, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Group HR Director at McBride from April 2019 to January 2021. Jane also has experience as the Group HR Manager - Commercial & Operations at McBride from July 2015 to March 2019, where they were responsible for senior level recruitment, talent identification/development, organizational design, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and strategic transformational HR assignments. Before joining McBride, Jane worked as the Head of HR UK at McBride and as the HR Manager at Middleton & Barrow Sites from February 2006 to December 2014. Prior to McBride, Jane served as the Interim Human Resources Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC from November 2005 to February 2006. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Ultraframe from October 2000 to September 2005 and as the Senior Personnel/Training Officer at LEONI WIRING SYSTEMS U.K. LIMITED from June 1989 to October 2000.

Jane Cronin FCIPD completed their education at Sheffield University Management School, earning a Post Grade Certificate in Coaching from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate degree in HR Management from Blackburn College (UK) from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Jane holds a Level 7 Post Grad Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, obtained in 2014. Jane is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), which they achieved in 2001.
