Noriska Fernandes

Noriska Fernandes, MBA, has extensive work experience in global compensation and total rewards management. Noriska is currently the Director of Global Compensation at McCain Foods since 2023. Prior to this, Noriska worked at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Senior Manager of Total Rewards from 2017 to 2023. In this role, they led various compensation projects, including the development of a new compensation platform and the modernization of rewards communication. Noriska also introduced a DEI and Wellbeing strategy during their time at JTI.
