Alison Demille

CHRO at McCain Foods

Alison Demille has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at McCain Foods since August 2014.

Prior to joining McCain Foods, Ms. Demille served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications at Gap Global from February 2013 to August 2014. In this role, Ms. Demille was responsible for leading a team of 80 HR professionals globally, and they co-led the Sourcing Operating Model transformation project.

Before their time at Gap Global, Ms. Demille served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Gap Inc., where they were responsible for successfully launching the Gap Brand in China (Shanghai, Beijing, and Hong Kong). Ms. Demille was also an active member of Gap Europe's Senior Team, reporting to Gap Inc.'s Europe President to create and execute strategy to develop Gap Inc.'s European business.

Ms. Demille began their career at Hostess Frito-Lay (a division of Pepsico) in October 1997 as a Corporate Manager of Organizational Development before being promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Gap Inc. in July 1998.

Alison Demille completed a Master of Industrial Relations at Queen's University, where they studied industrial relations and HR management.

They are on a team with Erwin Pardon - Regional President, Continental Europe, MENA & Lutosa, Howard Snape - Regional President, Great Britain and Ireland, and Philippe Thery - Chief Agriculture Officer. Their manager is Max Koeune, President & CEO.
