Experience includes a current role as Senior Production Manager at McCain Foods, where responsibilities encompass managing safety, quality, and performance at the Scarborough hull site, along with previous leadership positions such as Plant Manager and Lead Project Manager. Prior to McCain Foods, Ashley served as Director of Advanced Cleaning Solutions LTD, overseeing professional cleaning services with a focus on eco-friendly practices. Additional roles include Production Manager at Skymark Packaging Ltd and Lean Champion at Smith & Nephew, as well as serving as an Aircraft Engineer in the Royal Navy, providing engineering support for the Harrier jump jet.
