Helen Watts

Helen Watts is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at McCain Foods since December 2007, Helen has advanced through various leadership roles including VP of Global Human Resources and Senior Director of Global Human Resources. Previously, Helen worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Smith & Nephew and held the position of Senior HR Manager at Benenden Healthcare Society Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing the HR and Governance team. Helen holds an MSc in Strategic HRM from the University of Hull.
