Kristopher Falasco is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the food production industry, currently serving as the Plant Engineering Manager for Plover Appetizers at McCain Foods since June 2013. With roles including Senior Project Engineer and Process Engineer, Kristopher contributes to raw material and labor-saving projects across six plants in the North American appetizers division. Previously, Kristopher gained valuable experience as a Teaching Assistant at Michigan Technological University and as a Chemical Engineering Coop at Domtar, where responsibilities included coordinating trials for chemical replacement. Kristopher also conducted research on the Hydrogen economy as an Undergraduate Researcher at TU Darmstadt. Kristopher holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
