Nick Lucovich

Nick Lucovich is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as an Expert Process Engineer at Nestlé since September 2013, following roles as a Senior Technical Applications Specialist and Technical Applications Specialist. Prior to Nestlé, Nick worked at Giant Eagle from May 2003 to September 2013, holding various positions including Category Buyer, Merchandising Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Sensory Technologist. Initial experience includes a Quality Assurance & Product Development Internship at Giant Eagle in 2002 and a Quality Assurance & Food Safety Internship at Creekside Mushrooms, LTD in 2001. Nick holds a Master of Arts in Gastronomy from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Michigan State University.
