Michael Valenti

Michael Valenti is the Director of Operations for the Firm’s New York Foreclosure Department and is routinely involved in matters pertaining to the Firm’s Eviction Department, National Eviction Management Group, and Replevin Department.

Mr. Valenti oversees production, personnel, budget, and scorecard performance, as well as manages all operation processes to ensure compliance with internal firm procedures/external client requirements.

Michael brings to the Firm over twenty years of legal experience in the following practice areas: Foreclosure Law, Eviction Law, Private Landlord/Tenant Law, Replevin Law, Contract Law, Insurance Law, Litigation (Complex and Commercial), Government Legislation and Relations, Regulatory Compliance (Federal and State), Code Violation, Property Preservation, Legal Technology, and Legal Marketing.
