Laura Frank has diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laura began their career as a Brand Planner at whY-Q Inc in 2004 and later joined BAV Group as a Brand Consultant in 2006. In 2010, they worked as a Freelance Trend Analyst for Vans Warped Tour, where they led data collection and trend analysis. Laura then joined Young & Rubicam, where they held various roles such as Senior Brand Planner, Associate Planning Director, and Planning Director. Laura established a strategy practice for Y&R Perú and led strategic planning for Dell's consumer business unit. In 2015, Laura joined McCann New York and progressed through roles such as VP Strategy Director, SVP Group Strategy Director, and currently serves as EVP, Executive Strategy Director. At McCann, they led strategic efforts for a range of local, national, and global brands, including The New York Lottery, HomeGoods, and Ulta Beauty, among others. Laura's work experience demonstrates their expertise in strategy, planning, and brand consulting across different industries.
Laura Frank obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from New York University. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from Friends School of Baltimore. In 2024, Laura received a certification called "The Fundamentals 2024" from Aligned.
