Andrés Ortega

Andrés Ortega has extensive work experience in various leadership roles related to talent management, HR, and digital transformation. Andrés is currently serving as the Chief Talent Officer at McCann Worldgroup Spain since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Academic Director for Digital Talent Executive Seminar at ISDI starting from June 2020. From January 2021 to April 2022, they held the position of Head of HR Iberia at Experian. Prior to that, they worked at ING España&Portugal from 2016 to 2020, where they served as the Global Employee Experience & innovation project lead, Head of Employee Experience, and Head of Talent, Recruitment, and Learning Spain & Portugal. Andrés also worked as a Program Director at ICEMD from 2016 to 2020. Andrés Ortega's experience also includes roles such as HR Innovation & Talent Management leader at Fundación Personas y Empresas, Lecturer in Human Resources Management at European University, Head of Talent Management and Organization at Boyacá, and Associate Director at HUMANNOVA. Andrés started their career at Maersk Logistics as the Head of HR & Talent Management and worked there from 2008 to 2013.

Andrés Ortega began their education journey by attending Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Sociology with a focus on Sociology and Political Science. In 2005 to 2006, they furthered their education at IE Business School, where they earned an Executive Master in Human Resources Management, specializing in HR and Management. Later, in 2013-2014, Andrés attended Escuela Europea de Coaching, where they studied to become an Executive Coach. In addition to their formal education, Andrés Ortega has also obtained certifications such as Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance and Diaz Maroto Agile Coaching, which they acquired in December 2020 and May 2020, respectively.
