Brad Schoen

Brad Schoen currently serves as Vice President of Preconstruction at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., a position held since January 2006. In this role, Schoen oversees all aspects of preconstruction to ensure comprehensive, client-focused design phase services, coordinating technical reviews, estimating, scheduling, value analysis, and construction planning. Prior to this, Schoen worked as a Preconstruction Manager at Granite Construction from June 2003 to December 2005, and began a career in the construction industry as a Field Engineer. Brad Schoen earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Central Missouri from 1999 to 2003.
