Kaitlyn Robbeloth

Kaitlyn Robbeloth is an experienced HR Systems Specialist at McClone, focusing on supporting essential HR functions within the HRIS system since May 2020. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn held various positions at The Pearl Ice Cream Parlor, including Account Manager and Group Benefits Administrator, where coordination with co-workers and enhancing customer experiences were key responsibilities. Kaitlyn also served as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Dahl YMCA, gaining exposure to performance evaluations and recruitment processes. Additional experience includes roles at Kohl's as a Crew Member/Cashier, a Shift Supervisor at Papa Murphy's Take N Bake Pizza, and a Lifeguard at Neenah High School. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
