Magi Jo Linscott

Magi Jo Linscott is an Associate Attorney at McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver & Stern, P.A. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Magi served as the Service Learning Coordinator at the Office of Community Service-Learning, where responsibilities included class presentations and database facilitation. Previous internship experiences include working as an Intake Aide, Researcher, and Mediator at Blue Ridge Legal Services and the District Attorney's office in Mississippi. Magi also held the position of Resident Advisor at James Madison University, focusing on crisis mediation and policy enforcement, and gained recognition as the 2014 National Youth Advocate of the Year with the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. Magi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy Analysis and Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication from James Madison University and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law.
