Shelley Workman-Raspa

Shelley Workman-Raspa has over 17 years of experience at McCormick & Company, currently serving as the Head of International Trade Compliance for the Americas, where leadership is provided to the compliance team across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Previous roles include Ethics & Compliance Manager and Team Lead, focusing on global compliance practices, including FCPA and Business Ethics. Additional responsibilities have encompassed managing global compliance standards and developing training programs. Shelley holds an MBA in Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a BA in Political Science with a Paralegal minor from James Madison University, along with education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
