Cecilia Barontini

Cécilia serves as the HR Director for Olympique de Marseille. As the Human Resources executive, she has responsibility for culture, organization development, and talent management. She leads talent acquisition and organizational design to make the enterprise successful. Prior to OM, Cecilia spent over a decade in both Social Impact and Human Resources management at STMicroelectronics, where she had international responsibility for HR transformation within the R&D organization in her last role.
