Tracey Russell

COO at McCourt

Tracey joined McCourt in 2017 and is focused on further development of the company’s infrastructure to provide innovation, process and value to the operating companies across the McCourt ecosystem and ensure the organization is well positioned for global growth going forward. Additionally, she has oversight of the key functional areas of the company and works with the Senior Management team to further define governance structures and metrics to help ensure the success of McCourt and its numerous businesses units.

Before joining McCourt, Tracey was the Chief Executive Officer of Conqur Endurance Group, a McCourt subsidiary, which creates world-class experiences that ignite passion in athletes and connect communities through the transformative power of sport. In her first few months in that role, Tracey spearheaded the city-wide effort to secure Los Angeles as the host of the successful 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials for the Men’s and Women’s Marathon

Tracey previously served as the Executive Director of the Atlanta Track Club and Race Director for the AJC Peachtree Road Race – the world’s largest 10K running event with 60,000 participants. Before that, she served as director of events for the Metropolitan Richmond Sports Backers. Tracey graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
