Courtney Pollien

Courtney Pollien has a diverse background in childcare, sales, and administrative roles. Currently serving on the sales floor at McCoy Corporation since September 2017, Courtney previously worked as a childcare provider at Peliter CDC and held various positions, including case opener at Tucker Mortgage and administrative assistant at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Early experiences include roles as an assistant teacher at Kiddie Academy Child Care Center, assistant site director at YMCA, and special events intern at the American Diabetes Association. Courtney began a professional journey with an Associate's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from International Business College-Indianapolis and has a high school diploma from Lawrence North High School.
