Laurie Yates has over three decades of experience in customer service roles at McCoy Inc. and its affiliated companies, starting in 1990. Currently serving as Customer Service Team Leader at McCoy Inc., Laurie also holds the position of Senior Customer Service Coordinator at McCoy Workplace Solutions and has been a Client Services Team Leader at both McCoy-Rockford, Inc. and McCoy Incorporated. Laurie Yates began the professional journey after graduating from Galena Park High School.
