Dewi Franken

Dewi Franken currently holds the position of Business Unit Lead HRx and HRIT Business Consultant at McCoy since October 2022. Previously, Dewi served as HR Services Manager and Project Manager for SAP SuccessFactors at Trespa from July 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing the implementation of a new HR Information System and overseeing project scope, budget, and change management. Prior to that, Dewi worked as an HR Project Manager at Edelman Amsterdam from March to July 2020, focusing on improving onboarding and optimizing payroll processes. Additional experience includes a role as HR Interim Professional at Rvdb and HR Advisor at Spirotech, where Dewi conducted research on hiring challenges and served as HR Intern. Dewi holds a Master of Arts in Management of Cultural Diversity from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
