Caitlin Forbes-Stephens has a wide range of work experience. Caitlin began their career in 2013 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut. In 2014, they took on the role of Assistant Alpine Ski Coach at Brown University. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at RDK Engineers and as a Communications Specialist/Student Outreach at Massachusetts Peace Action. In 2016, they were a Digital Marketing Specialist at SMMA | Symmes Maini & McKee Associates. From 2017 to 2020, they held various roles at the National Institute for Children's Health Quality (NICHQ), including Associate Director, Marketing and Digital Strategy, Senior Manager of Marketing and Digital Strategy, and Director of Marketing. Most recently, they have been the VP, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at MyHealthMath.

Caitlin Forbes-Stephens attended Bates College from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Undeclared. Caitlin then attended Saint Anselm College from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English. After that, they attended the University of Connecticut from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters. In 2016 and 2017, Caitlin attended General Assembly and obtained a Certification in Digital Marketing. Additionally, they obtained a Google Analytics Certification from Google in April 2017 and a Digital Marketing Part-Time Certification from General Assembly.
