Joseph Winterscheid

Joseph Winterscheid is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in antitrust and competition law. Serving as Senior Counsel and Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP since June 2002, Joseph leads the Global Antitrust/Competition Law Practice. Prior to this role, Joseph spent over two decades at Jones Day, where responsibilities included overseeing the Brussels Office and specializing in Antitrust Law and International Competition Law. Additionally, Joseph served as Antitrust Counsel at TRW Inc. for a year, managing antitrust matters across multiple business units. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame, where also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies.
