Maxime Fradet

Maxime Fradet serves as Counsel at McDermott Will & Emery since April 2018, with a strong background in private equity and venture capital. Previously, Fradet was an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, specializing in M&A and private equity from January 2015 to March 2018, providing counsel to investment funds on acquisitions and sales of companies. Earlier experiences include internships at Clifford Chance LLP and Mayer Brown, focusing on corporate law and M&A processes, as well as a project management role at Canal+ in the legal/M&A department. Fradet holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School and has completed other degrees in Business Law and Management from various institutions.
