Emilee DeMartino is the Vice President of the Center for Human Resources and People Experience at McDonald's. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Change and Culture at CNA Insurance from May 2011 to April 2018. In this role, they were responsible for talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational change management.
Before their work at CNA Insurance, Emilee was a Principal at Mercer from April 2008 to May 2011. There, they were part of the Business Strategy Realization team within the Human Capital business. Her focus was on aligning the human capital needs of organizations with their business strategy.
Ms. DeMartino specializes in the planning and implementation of large-scale organizational change. In their work with clients, they are dedicated to understanding and embedding leadership priorities throughout the organization. Emilee has cross-industry experience in strategic planning, merger integration, culture analysis, organization alignment, governance, process design, change management and program management. The various industries they have worked across include: agricultural, beverage, energy & utilities, financial services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and telecommunications.
Emilee F. DeMartino has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University, an MBA in Business Administration from Kansas State University, and a degree in Business Strategy from Columbia Business School.
