Kadrin Jarvis

Kadrin Jarvis, M.J., currently serves as the Manager of Human Resources Compliance at McGee Air Services, a subsidiary of Alaska Airlines, focusing on the development and implementation of policies to ensure compliance with various regulations. Previously, Kadrin held the position of Senior Human Resources Program Manager at AIM Consulting Group, where a collaborative engagement model was utilized for cross-functional results. Kadrin's career also includes roles in human resources and administration at Addison Group and Abbey Arts, as well as experience in retail as a Lead Style Advisor at Justice. Kadrin holds a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Washington School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Seattle Pacific University, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Pierce College at Puyallup.
