Justin Lessard-Wajcer is a multifaceted professional with a robust background in neuroscience and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Founder of Nurau, a company that leverages AI to deliver real-time coaching insights to frontline managers, Justin also holds the position of Doctoral Candidate and Medical Researcher at McGill University. In addition, Justin established WRY Real-Estate, targeting top-tier real estate investment opportunities, and previously led Neuropresse, a platform dedicated to mental health awareness. Justin's contributions to the Jewish General Hospital include roles as Clinical Research Associate and Director of the Mindstrong philanthropic movement, which connects physical and mental health initiatives.
